Introducing Weapons of Pleasure with Vanessa (lead vox and bass) bringing a powerful female presence ala Chrissy Hynde/P.J. Harvey and Greg (guitar/vox), Jeff (drums) and A.J. (lead guitar/vox) rounding out the band. They have been playing both L.A. and S.F. getting local radio play and playing to their growing fanbase in places like the Whiskey, Viper room and Knitting Factory in L.A. and various venues around thier homebase of the Oakland/S.F. area. They are also actively pursuing more film and tv credits after scoring the song 'Daredevil' in Sony Picture's I'll Always Know What You did Last Summer.. This revved up Pixies-ish band is planning on having a big year supporting their self-titled full-lenth CD which features the single 'Bring Your Love'. As you can imagine their kinetic brand of rock and roll translates very well live where they always deliver for fans.
