Tom sang lead and played sax and keyboards in a few bands years back, including The GT's, in the mid sixties and Magic Lantern in the mid seventies, in the Chicago area. Magic Lantern covered songs by Three Dog Night, The Doobie Brothers, Santana, Seals And Crofts, The Spencer Davis Group, Luther Ingram, Chicago, The Moody Blues and others.
He then took a 24 year hiatus, pursuing his career as a Printed Circuit Board Designer before starting to write songs in 1998. Now he's doing a little jamming, writing songs, singing, playing keyboards with his studio band, The Bricktone Project in the Chicago area.
His musical interests are eclectic, and he is enjoying exploring all genres and styles, recently experimenting with a reggae tune called, Too Much Junk In Her Trunk, which he bills as "The song that closed Montego Bay."
Tom began working with Hilltop Records of Hollywood California in 2003, having some of his songs recorded for demos and became an ASCAP member in 2004.
